Wishing wells must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

It is important your hired wishing well is returned on the returned date specified. If for any unforeseen circumstances this cannot happen, you must contact us urgently.

 Overdue returns of wishing wells may incur a $20.00 fee for very day it is late from your $100.00 deposit return.

Deposit or part thereof may not be refunded if there is any damage or wishing well is not delivered back in a pristine condition as it was picked up.

 

To ensure you get a full refund of your deposit, it is your responsibility to make sure these steps are carried out correctly.

 

Please note: ... 50% of the hire fee must be paid to secure your booking. Failure to cancel booking within one month of date required will result in loss of booking fee.
