DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

Delivery/collection can be done either of two ways ....

You can choose to pick up your chair covers & Sashes, fit them yourself then deliver back to me after the wedding within 48 hours of wedding. Over due charge will apply if late.

You may choose Sharon & I to deliver and fit them for you.

All chair covers and sashes must be returned to us in the same condition they were received.

Place your hire order by email, phone or fax in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.

A booking confirmation/order will be emailed or posted to you requesting half of the amount due of your hire cost.

If you cancel your booking: a fee of $40 will be charged.
Covers and or Sashes returned with candle wax, burn holes, or any other damage will incur being charged at replacement cost.

Any chair covers or sashes missing will be charged at replacement cost.
All chair covers & sashes must be returned DRY.
Do not attempt to clean covers or sashes; laundering is included in the hire cost.
Two weeks prior to your function final number of covers or sashes and remaining payment will be due. We accept Credit Card, Bank cheque, Money Order or Direct Credit to our Bank Account.

Hire fees are correct as at 1/2/08 and subject to alteration without notice.
